One account, one vote
Each TRMNL account gets one final vote per weekly round. Multiple devices, browsers and repeat scans do not create extra votes. Separate TRMNL accounts are separate voters; this is not proof of one physical person.
Rounds run Monday to Monday at midnight America/Chicago, including daylight-saving changes. Every installation shares the same matchup and score.
What we keep
We verify your TRMNL sign-in and store a keyed, pseudonymous account identifier, your selected side and the vote time. We do not request your name, email, devices, playlists or content access. Access and identity tokens are not retained after sign-in. A secure session cookie lasts two hours; an unfinished sign-in expires after ten minutes.
Votes and round totals are retained as game history. Short-lived, hashed request identifiers help limit abuse and expire after two minutes; expired sign-in and rate-limit records are cleaned hourly. Hosting infrastructure may retain operational access records.
Scores and screens
The phone page updates about every 15 seconds. TRMNL polls the score; your e-paper shows it on the device's normal refresh. Old QR codes open their original round. Scanning alone never casts a vote.
